Welcome to my little corner of the internet. Before we get too deep into all this fitness and diet stuff I want to introduce myself :)
I'm a proud doggy dad and a self-proclaimed coffee shop connoisseur who loves pizza and ice cream. Oh yeah, lifting weights and stuff is cool, too.
Unlike a lot of other coaches, I struggled hard with my weight, body, and mind for more of my life than not at this point.
I live in Hawaii, and hiking and the beach are big parts of the culture here. However, I hated it, I was scared and ashamed to take my shirt off and knew I was too out of shape to hike, so I would make excuses and stay at home. I don't want that for you.
I believe that your health is THE most important thing in life. Everything else doesn’t matter without it. You learn so much in the process, and the way I see it is that the hardships and obstacles that you go through in life shapes you into the person you need to become in order to keep the results that you achieve. Struggle is essential to create the life you truly want to live.
Education and, more importantly, its proper application are ultimately the missing pieces for those who struggle to achieve long-term success with their nutrition and training. This is why education and practical application are the cornerstones from which I build each and every plan.
I want you to live a life where you can feel confident and free to do the things that matter the most to you without feeling restricted, ashamed, or held back by your health.
No one is promised tomorrow, and we only get one life here on earth. Let’s make it the best!

My approach to nutrition and training is practical, straight to the point, and rooted in sustainability. I believe that the “ perfect plan” on paper is useless if you can't easily implement it into your life.

I understand that every individual is unique, and needs different approaches and strategies that are backed by science, and created for YOU. We are all human beings, which means we have emotions, past experiences, and our own day-to-day struggles--those are these things that I always take into consideration when creating a plan for you.

My goal and mission in creating Yamada Nutrition is to give you all the tools, strategies, and tactics to change your entire life internally and externally, educating you along the way so that you learn how to keep your results forever.

But in most cases, people feel like they need everything figured out before they get started, which keeps them stuck.
All you have to do is take action—just get started. If you do that, you'll be much farther in life three, six, or twelve months down the road.
